1. Acceptance
By accessing or using NeuraCall’s website or services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.
2. Services
NeuraCall provides AI-powered transaction coordination software for real estate professionals in Australia. Services are provided on a subscription basis at rates agreed at the time of sign-up.
3. Subscription & Billing
Subscriptions are billed monthly. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial months except as required by Australian Consumer Law.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree to use NeuraCall only for lawful purposes in connection with your real estate business. You must not misuse the service or use it in a way that violates applicable Australian law.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, NeuraCall’s liability for any claim arising from use of our services is limited to the fees paid in the month in which the claim arose. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.
6. Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in these terms limits any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law (Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth)).
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of New South Wales.
